Please read the following. 

1.

YOUR SESSION

Headshots are single person sessions.  Family sessions are up to 5 members including pets and couple sessions are for two people.

All appointments for the current  promotion must be booked and scheduled within the month of February.

3.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Allow room for the start of any session to get familiar with the photographer, environment and to loosen up.  We help to ease the transition with lots of conversation and banter. We will also direct you should we need you to look in a certain direction.  Be prepared to have fun, laugh and hang out among friends.  We hold fast to this being your shoot.  You are the creative director, so feel free to share your vision and we will do our best to accommodate.(Within reason, budget, time and safety constraints of course).

 

Best photos will be digitally  delivered to your email via Google Drive within 24-36 hours of your session.  

5.

CLOTHING

Headshots- recommend solid colors for your top.  Bright solid colors for commercial looks and muted solid colors like Blue, Purples, Greens for a theatrical look.  Ultimately wear what best represents you and compliments your style, personality and complexion. Bring 4-5 options. Remember we are outdoors, so bring clothing that is easy to change in and out of without much cover.  No logos, stripes or busy patterns. 

 

Lifestyle or (street style) shots- recommend wearing clothes that tell a story.  Know what you want to say with your clothing. Ex. Going to a fancy dinner party or Vacationing in a cabin up North.  Costume and uniform shots are welcome.  Bring options.  Outdoor and Indoor locations vary since lifestyle is about capturing life in action.   If you have any questions, call us to discuss. 

7.

CANCELLATION POLICY We ask that you cancel 24 hours prior to your session time in order to get a reschedule date.

No Shows or cancellations “on the day of” will be required to pay for an entirely new session.

2.

LOCATION

Generally, our sessions take place in Northridge and are outdoors during daylight hours.   Indoor shoots will require the use of studio lights and is at an additional cost. If you have a specific location in mind, rates and fees may apply.  Give us a call to discuss before making your appointment.  

 

Please arrive 20 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment in order to park and find the location.  If we are coming to you, expect us to arrive 20 minutes earlier than the session to set up.

4.

APPEARANCE

Please arrive makeup ready and in your first choice of outfit.

6.

PAYMENT

To reserve your spot, all payments are due in full upon booking your appointment.

We accept PayPal, Venmo and Apple Pay.

​

Once payment is received, your appointment is confirmed and secured. Payment must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled session or you'll be charged an additional $15.

There are no refunds.

PHOTO RELEASE
